Andys...the listening service is primarily a counselling service for everyone and anyone to use although it deals mainly with issues dealing with disability. It`s services are open to both abled bodied and disabled persons. I learnt a long time ago that talking/writing about your problems and having someone there who is able to listen to you is good therapy and helps to make sense of what you are going through. A problem aired is a problem solved as they say.
